The Best Diet


Many women are unaware of the risks they involve extra pounds. Obesity is not just a physical problem, but because the disease is considered one of the main causes of heart disease or diabetes. The first step in the fight against excess weight is to replace unhealthy foods that contain fats, oils and substances articifiale with a healthy diet rich in fiber and low in saturated fats.
Diet Diet is not only effective in fighting weight, but can be seen as a healthy lifestyle. It involves a high consumption of raw fruits and vegetables, olive oil, eggs and dairy products.
Foods that can be eaten almost daily to be high in fiber, nutrients and vitamins. Therefore it is advisable to opt for vegetable salads, fresh fruit, potatoes, wild rice, whole grains, pasta, olive oil, bread and raw vegetables.
The breakfast should not miss never seasonal fruit and coffee with a slice of bread with honey and a little cheese. In cold weather you can eat citrus fruit or a fruit salad without cream or other syrups.
Lunch may consist of fish or chicken with steamed vegetables or salad.
